GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Online Shop Privacy Policy stated hereby is informative, which means that it is not a source of reference for Clients or any customers.

2. The Personal Data Administrator is: BS Interiors Sp. z o.o., ul. Juliana Smulikowskiego 4, 00-389 Warszawa, VAT no.: 525-264-79-33, e-mail: hello@bimbla.pl – hereinafter referred as "Administrator" who is also the Service Provider and the Seller.

3. Client’s Personal data are processed in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection and the Law on electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Dz.U. 2002 nr 144, poz. 1204 ze zm.).

4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the personal data subjects, in particular the Administrator assures that the data collected by it are processed in accordance with the law; collected for concrete and legal purposes and shall not be further processed in a way which is not in accordance with those purposes; the data collected by the Administrator shall be relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored, in a form which allows the identification of personal data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the aims of personal data processing.

5. All words, phrases and acronyms which are used on the website and beginning with capital letter (eg. Seller, Online Shop, Electronic Service) shall be understood in accordance with the definition in Terms and Conditions available at the Online Shop’s website.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND DATA RECEIVER

1. The purpose, scope, and the receipt of the personal data that are processed by the Administrator are connected to the each time actions undertaken by the Client on the Online Shop’s website. For example, if the Client, while the Order was submitted, chose personal receipt instead of courier delivery, Client’s personal data shall be processed just for the cause of the Transaction but shall not be available for the courier company acting on behalf of the Administrator.

2. Exemplary reasons why the Client’s personal data are collected and processed by the Administrator:

The conclusion and implementation of the Transaction or the Electronic Services (eg. Account).

The direct marketing of products or services provided by the Administrator.

3. The potential recipients of Client’s personal data:

In case the Client has chosen via Online Shop the way of delivery by mail or courier, the Administrator is entitled to provide the collected personal data of the Client to the selected courier or intermediary executing the delivery on behalf of the Administrator.

In case the Client has chosen via Online Shop the electronical payment option or payment by credit card option, the Administrator is entitled to provide the collected personal data of the Client to selected operator of the payments available at the Online Shop.

4. The Administrator is entitled to process via Online Shop, the following personal data: name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), residential address / business / establishment (in case it is different from delivery address). In case of non-consumer Client, the Administrator is entitled to process its company name and tax identification number.

5. Providing the personal data referred in the above paragraph may be necessary to conclude the Transaction or Electronic Services available at the Online Shop. The scope of the personal data required to conclude the Transaction is indicated firstly at the Online Shop’s website and in the Terms and Conditions.

COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA

1. Cookies (cookies) are small text information in the form of text files sent by the server and stored on the visitor's appliance (eg. on the PC hard disk, laptop, or smartphone’s memory card - depending on what device was used when visiting the Online Shop). 2. The administrator can process the personal data included in the Cookies that are stored due to a visit to the Online Shop’s website for the following purposes:

Identifying Client as a registered user of the Online Shop and to show the Client that is logged in;

bookmarking Products added to the shopping cart to place an Order;

storing data from the filled Order Forms, surveys or login details

customizing the content of the Online Shop to the Client’s personal preference Recipients (eg. color, font size, page layout) and optimizing the way of using the Online Shop;

making anonymous statistics showing the way of using the Online Shop.

3. Usually, most of the browsers available on the market accept implicitly Cookies storing. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions of Cookies usage by setting the browser. Thus, it is possible to limit them partially (eg. temporally) or completely refuse to save Cookies, however, drawing back Cookies may have an impact on certain features of the Online Shop website and they may not function properly without the aid of cookies (eg. it may be impossible to place an Order via Order Form due to not recording the products in your shopping cart while the next steps of the Order submission are taken).

4. Internet browser settings in terms of Cookies are relevant to accept the use of Cookies by The Online Shop - in accordance with the law, such a consent may also be expressed via the browser settings. In case of the lack of such a consent, changing the settings of the browser in the field of Cookies is needed.

The Administrator is entitled as well to process the anonymous operational data connected to the way the Online Shop is used, aiming to generate statistics to assist with the Online shop administration (ie. logs - IP address, domain). These data are cumulative and anonymous, thus they do not contain identifying features of the person visiting the Online Shop’s website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.

BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

1. Providing personal data by the Client is voluntary.

2. The Client’s personal data are processed for the purposes of the Transaction which is done by the Client or for the actions requested by the Client prior to concluding the Transaction. In case of personal data processing for the direct marketing of the Administrator’s products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) the Client’s prior approval, or (2) the fulfillment of the legal purposes carried out by the Administrator (in accordance with Art. 23, paragraph. 4 of the Act on personal data protection, legal purposes such as direct marketing of the Administrator’s products or services, shall be considered as justified.

THE RIGHT OF INSPECTION AND ACCESS TO THE CONTENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR IMPROVEMENT

1. The Client has the right to access its personal data and correct them.

2. The Client has the right to control the processed personal data contained in the Administrator’s database which concerning him/her, in particular the right to fill, update, or correct them, the right of temporal or permanent suspension of their processing or removal if they are incomplete, untrue or collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

3. If the Client agreed on the personal data processing due to the direct marketing of the Administrator’s products or services, the Client’s consent may be revoked at any time.

4. If the Administrator intends to process Client’s personal data due to the direct marketing of the Administrator’s products or services, personal data subject is entitled to (1) apply a written, justified request to stop processing the data due to its particular situation or to (2) raise an objection against it.

5. To implement the above rights, please contact the Administrator by sending an e-mail request or written request to the address shown at the beginning of the Privacy Policy.

FINAL PROVISIONs

1. The Online Shop may contain links to other websites. While shifting to the other website, the Administrator encourages to read the other website’s privacy policy statements. This Privacy Policy refers only to the Online Shop.

2. The Administrator uses technical and operating methods to assure the protection of the personal data processing appropriate to the risks and category of data protection, in particular, protects data from unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, processing with violation of applicable law as well as from data change, loss, damage or destruction.

3. The Administrator provides the following technical methods to prevent the take over and unauthorized modification of data transmitted electronically:
